Job Summary
Support the Centre Director and Deputy in daily nursery operations while acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3) to ensure child safety and welfare. Plan and deliver engaging activities using the TLE LEAP curriculum tailored to children's interests, provide outstanding care and learning experiences, and make referrals to external agencies where needed. Promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships with families to support occupancy growth, and assist in promoting the nursery. This role requires a Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and previous experience in an early years setting. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator)
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection
- Passion for early years education and delivering high-quality childcare
- Legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment
