Job Summary
Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality EYFS outcomes and create a safe, happy environment for children. Drive day-to-day leadership and staff development across the nursery, support in social media and marketing activities, and ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and health & safety standards. Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and strong safeguarding practices while fostering professional growth and delivering high-quality learning moments for each child.
Required Qualifications
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
