Nursery Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead a nursery team to deliver high-quality EYFS outcomes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and health & safety standards. Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership across the nursery, staff development, supporting marketing activities, and maintaining a warm, inclusive environment for children. Requires a full Early Years qualification (Level 3+), strong leadership experience, safeguarding/pediatric first aid training, and knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding. Required Qualifications
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
