Job Summary
Nursery Team Leader in Winnersh leading a team to deliver high-quality early years education. You will implement the EYFS, provide day-to-day leadership across the nursery, and support marketing activities. The role requires a full Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above), strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks, people-management experience, and safeguarding responsibilities, including paediatric first aid and an enhanced DBS check. The position is full-time, in-person at the Winnersh site, with salary up to around £33,530 (approx. USD 42k). Required Qualifications
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience in people management and dealing with employee issues
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities
- Safeguarding training and paediatric first aid training
- Enhanced DBS check required
