Job Summary
Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to nursery-level learners aged 3–5. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity while supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and unstructured play. Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and behavior, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene, and classroom organization. Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress and promote consistent communication. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, valid teaching certification, and 0–2 years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or license for nursery-level education (as applicable)
- 0–2 years of experience in a nursery or early childhood classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development stages and play-based learning principles
