Job Summary
Support Key Teachers and Senior Key Teachers in delivering daily routines, activities, and care while engaging children in meaningful play and learning experiences. Help set up and maintain stimulating, safe environments, assist with observations, assessments, and record-keeping, and provide daily feedback to parents. Act as a role model for apprentices, support new team members in routines and safeguarding, and follow all compliance policies. Manage daily risk assessments, accident forms, and attendance checks, ensuring professional communication during drop-off and pick-up. This role offers a 4-day week, £27,100 salary, and 32 days annual leave within a family-run nursery in Southfields.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Ability to provide 2 references
