Job Summary
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment while leading a team of educators through your room's daily routine, ensuring smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes. Champion our 'learning through play' ethos and N Curriculum by planning, observing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child. Coach your staff on professional development, safeguarding, and health standards, and build strong relationships with parents to keep them involved in their children's learning. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- For Baby Room Managers, previous experience working with children under 2
- Experience in leading and coaching a team
- A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A positive, glass-half-full outlook
- Bags of drive and motivation with a 'make it happen' attitude
- A solid decision-maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals)
Desired Qualifications
- ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator
