Job Summary
Lead an expert educator team in a nursery family room by shaping daily routines, ensuring smooth transitions, and delivering high-quality learning experiences through your 'learning through play' ethos. Create a safe, welcoming environment while championing continuous improvement and role-modeling our N Curriculum with care. Coach staff through regular feedback, support planning and observation, and build strong relationships with parents to keep them involved in their children's learning. Embed safeguarding, health, and safety standards across the room.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Experience in leading and coaching a team
- A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)
- Relevant safeguarding/child protection training
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A positive, glass-half-full outlook
- Bags of drive and motivation with a 'make it happen' attitude
- A solid decision-maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals)
Desired Qualifications
- ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator
