Job Summary
As Nursery Room Leader for the Horley location, lead the day-to-day operations of the room for Under 2s and 2-3-year-olds, spark curiosity and creativity, build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contribute to a warm, inclusive nursery environment. Responsibilities include running the room, planning activities, observing and recording development, referring to the EYFS Framework, and ensuring safeguarding and DBS requirements are met. Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Planning, observation and records in caring for nursery aged children
- Enthusiasm for working with children
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
