Job Summary
Plan and deliver activities meeting children's developmental needs while providing a safe, nurturing environment aligned with EYFS standards. Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development, and communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships. Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care, ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies. Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and relevant experience required. Located in Leatherhead, Surrey, this permanent role offers up to £35,006 annually with 22 days holiday, funded qualifications, and staff childcare discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- The legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment
