Nursery Room Leader

Support your team to grow and perform at a high standard while ensuring all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to. Engage your team to create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments tailored to children's needs. Safeguard children through confident knowledge of procedures, report concerns to senior members, and maintain clear record keeping. Partner with parents and colleagues to ensure children thrive in a supportive, family-style nursery environment. Requires a minimum full Level 3 Early Years qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and at least two years' experience as a nursery practitioner.
