Nursery Room Leader

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery by supporting and supervising playroom staff, deploying personnel appropriately to ensure required standards are delivered, and ensuring effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures. Allocate children to keycarers and ensure practice and provision meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements while providing professional feedback to parents. Develop open relationships with staff and parents, promote the nursery to current and potential customers, and maintain friendly, professional connections with families. This role requires an enhanced DBS check, with applications reviewed as received and the position potentially closing early.
