Job Summary
Plan and deliver activities supporting children's development while creating a safe, nurturing environment aligned with EYFS standards. Track and celebrate developmental milestones, build positive relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high care standards. Adhere strictly to safeguarding and child protection policies throughout daily operations. This permanent, full-time role in Weybridge offers up to £30,000 per year, 22 days holiday, and funded qualifications for those with a Level 2 or above Early Years qualification and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- The legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment
- A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Experience in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
