Nursery Practitioner

Conduct daily nursery operations by promoting high standards of quality and ensuring Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements are met. Support and supervise playroom staff, deploy personnel appropriately, and implement keycarer procedures to allocate children effectively. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers regarding their child's progress while maintaining positive working relationships with the team. Promote the nursery to current and potential customers and foster friendly, professional connections with families. Maintain an open, supportive environment where staff and children thrive through structured play, extracurricular activities, and a focus on safeguarding.
