Nursery Practitioner

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery by supporting and supervising playroom staff, deploying personnel to ensure required standards are delivered, and implementing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) procedures. Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents while promoting the nursery to current and potential customers. Develop open relationships with staff and maintain friendly, professional connections with parents and carers. This role requires an enhanced DBS check and is situated at the Whiteley Community Centre near Swanwick Station.
