Nursery Practitioner

Promote high standards of quality within the nursery and support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties. Ensure that practice and provision meets Early Years Foundation Stage requirements, provide professional feedback to parents, and promote the nursery to current and potential customers. Develop open relationships with staff and deliver age-appropriate activities including sports, music, and nature-based learning in bright, natural light settings. This role offers a salary up to £28,288 with flexible working options, 33 days annual leave, and a supportive team environment within a converted stable setting.
