Job Summary
Lead a room of children through engaging EYFS activities while tracking individual progress and celebrating development. Create a safe, inclusive space where children thrive, and build strong relationships with parents and carers. Guide your team, collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards, and promote safeguarding and wellbeing within a supportive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 CACHE/NVQ qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Right to work in the UK before employment commences
- Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Ability to provide references
- Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- Level 3+ Qualified
Desired Qualifications
- Higher qualification in childcare or education
- Experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role
