Job Summary
Nursery Nurse/Room Leader role in Watford with options for full-time or part-time hours. Deliver caring, imaginative activities for children aged 3 months to pre-school, support a safe, inclusive environment, and contribute to planning, observation, and record-keeping in line with the EYFS. Lead a room as Room Leader when needed, fostering curiosity, creativity, and strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent and an Enhanced DBS check required; equality and safeguarding values are emphasized.
