Job Summary
Lift and shift stock, pot baby plants, pick and pack customer orders, sow seeds, and perform watering, spraying, cleaning, and labelling tasks across Lyndhurst and Somerville sites. Work hands-on with plants indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, rotating between repetitive muscular movements and varied duties. Requires a driver's license for site travel, physical fitness for long periods on your feet, and attention to detail. Full training provided with a potential path to full-time and Area Leader roles.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift weight regularly throughout the day
- Your own car
- Your own license
- Propagation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
