Job Summary
Lift and shift stock, pot baby plants into new homes, pick and pack customer orders, sow seeds, and perform watering, spraying, cleaning, labelling, and pest management tasks. Work hands-on with plants indoors and outdoors across Lyndhurst and Somerville sites in all weather conditions, including lifting weight regularly and standing for long periods. Travel between sites using your own car and license. Full training provided with a potential path to full-time and Area Leader responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift weight regularly throughout the day
- Your own car
- Your own license
- Propagation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
