Job Summary
Prepare 6 monthly menus, gaining feedback from catering staff, Managers, and the Regional Manager to produce final products. Support and guide catering staff and the Nursery Manager while monitoring standards to maintain the highest levels of practice. Assist in the recruitment and selection of catering personnel, audit kitchens to ensure compliance with TCC and PSN, and verify that all kitchen paperwork is complete, accurate, and up to date. Establish professional working relationships with Nursery staff within a supportive, child-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS check
- Knowledge of EYFS framework
- Experience with Make & Bake programme
- Experience with Move & Groove programme
- Experience with Innovate & Investigate programme
