Job Summary
Cover shifts as a bank Nursery Assistant or Nurse at Little Elms Shirley nursery, providing quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years. Work on a zero hours contract with an hourly rate of £12.71, supported by free uniform, transport links, and a childcare discount. Maintain safeguarding standards by completing online training and holding an Enhanced DBS certificate. Utilize strong communication skills and initiative to support young children in a family-run environment where progression opportunities exist across all 10 nurseries.
Required Qualifications
- A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
- Experience working in a nursery
- An interest in working with young children (from 0-5 years)
- Team player
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative
- A passion for the Early Years
