Nursery Attendant

Ensure the welfare and safety of children attending the nursery program while implementing set standards and age-appropriate activities. Communicate effectively with members, parents, and staff, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Monitor facilities, inspect equipment for safety hazards, and follow proper cleaning procedures. Report concerns, needed repairs, or incidents to the direct supervisor and proactively solve problems. Display enthusiasm with children and characterize a positive role model while building relationships and providing excellent member service. Maintain facilities through proper use and cleaning procedures.
