Nursery Assistant Manager

Lead Quality and Compliance to ensure Ofsted, EYFS and legislative requirements are met through audits and hands-on support; inspire and develop the team across all areas of daily practice, learning and wellbeing; drive growth by assisting with budgets, occupancy, and staffing to maintain a high-quality setting for children and families. EYFS expertise and childcare leadership will guide the nursery to deliver excellent care, education, and safeguarding, while promoting the nursery and managing occupancy. Worked within an established nursery group with a focus on quality, compliance, team development, and stakeholder engagement; DBS check required and a commitment to safeguarding. The role is based at the Crawley nursery with leadership responsibilities alongside the Nursery Manager.
