Job Summary
As Assistant Nursery Manager in Woking, lead quality and compliance to meet Ofsted and EYFS requirements, support and develop staff across all rooms, drive nursery growth and occupancy, and assist with budgets and staffing under the Nursery Manager. You’ll engage actively with children’s learning and development, foster a positive, inclusive team culture, contribute to safeguarding and recruitment, and help promote the setting to families while ensuring high-quality care and education in a bright, purpose-built nursery.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- DBS check
- management/leadership qualification preferred
