Job Summary
Assistant Nursery Manager (12-month contract) in Ottershaw, Surrey. Lead Quality and Compliance to meet Ofsted/EYFS standards, inspire and support the team across learning, development, and wellbeing, and drive nursery growth by assisting with budgets, occupancy, and staffing. Requires a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and an enhanced DBS check; EYFS expertise and leadership/management qualifications are highly valued. Located at Ottershaw nursery within the Toad Hall Nursery Group, with emphasis on delivering high-quality care and education for children and families.
