Lead alongside the Nursery Manager to drive high-quality early years practice, ensuring Ofsted/ EYFS compliance, supporting staff across all rooms, and growing occupancy. Manage budgets and staffing in collaboration with the Nursery Manager while fostering a warm, inclusive, and development-focused environment for children and families. Demonstrate leadership in learning and development, staff wellbeing, safeguarding, quality audits, and promotion of the nursery to sustain a thriving setting.
Required Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- DBS check
- Experience with leadership/management in childcare settings preferred
