Nursery Assistant

Support and supervise playroom staff while deploying personnel to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained within rooms. Implement nursery keycarer procedures, allocate children to keycarers, and ensure practice and provision meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. Provide professional feedback to parents and promote the nursery to current and potential families. Develop positive working relationships with staff and maintain friendly, professional connections with parents and carers. This role is part of a team following a blended curriculum rooted in the Curiosity Approach and Loose Parts Play, offering opportunities for tailored training and genuine progression.
