Job Summary
Ensure that the children's individual needs are identified and met while supervising and supporting them at all times. Carry out interactive tasks including reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies. Act as a positive, practical role model and develop friendly relationships with staff and parents. Fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures while working towards gaining your Early Years qualification through hands-on experience.
