Job Summary
Nursery Apprentice role supporting daily nursery routines and EYFS activities, supervising indoor and outdoor play, encouraging childrenâs learning and development, recording observations, and collaborating with colleagues and parents. The position offers progression opportunities after completing a funded Level 3 qualification, a 4-day workweek (40 hours across four days), and a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, training and development, mentorship, and wellbeing support. Ideal candidates are caring, patient, and passionate about early years education with prior childcare experience preferred, and must be able to obtain an enhanced DBS check and provide two references.
