Nursery and Corporate Partnership Manager

Job Summary
New Nursery and Corporate Partnership Manager to own occupancy growth and reputation across Kido’s launches and acquisitions. Lead outreach to create long-term partnerships with target businesses near nurseries, oversee Kido Club and nursery events, and drive brand activation in new locations. Manage enquiries and sales pipeline for new nursery launches, collaborate with Marketing on occupancy trends, nurture leads from enquiry to conversion with exceptional customer service, organize and deliver events, manage advertising opportunities, and activate the brand in new communities. Be an expert in SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Famly, Resonate), analyze sales data to improve nursery performance against KPIs, liaise with Nursery Managers to align priorities, and handover launched nurseries to Admissions. Requires field-based presence with on-site support 2-3 days/week and a Deputy Manager level or above leadership background. Responsibilities also include sourcing local marketing opportunities, competitor analysis for new locations, and supporting branding/admissions processes for new nurseries.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently hold a management position at Deputy Manager level or above
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales performance and achieving targets
- Experience managing multiple nurseries/sites preferred
- Strong relationship-building with employers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and event management responsibilities
- Willingness to be field-based with on-site support to nurseries (2-3 days/week)
