Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the perioperative and postoperative stages. Manage clinical staff recruitment, rostering, and performance management while driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence. Lead the scrub/scout nursing team with strong clinical aptitude in an acute surgical setting, engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align objectives. Requires AHPRA registration, 3-5 years of perioperative experience, and a National Police Check. Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3-5 years of current perioperative nursing experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of excellence
- Experience managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with diverse alignment of objectives
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
