Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff and resident care in an Assisted Living setting. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing with staffing decisions, organizing and implementing nursing services, supervising staff performance, maintaining sanitary and regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for residents. Manage the nursing schedule, conduct staff interviews and training, perform performance appraisals, address grievances, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance to promote high-quality care. 40 hours per week, first shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with on-call rotation. Must hold an Indiana RN or LPN license and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN License in Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Experience in nursing leadership or supervision preferred
