Job Summary
The Nurse is responsible for resident care during a designated shift, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policies. This role includes coordinating patient and non-patient care, monitoring delivery of services, providing staff training and supervision, and maintaining documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Nurse performs clinical duties such as administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing service plans tailored to residents' needs. This position requires strong leadership, knowledge of regulatory practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current active Florida Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- One-year providing direct care to residents in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing setting preferred
- Prior experience as a Nurse or similar supervisory experience preferred

- Must be able to work overtime
