Job Summary
Deliver Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to pediatric residents, including changing linens, assisting with toileting, lifting, and transporting individuals. Document all services in medical records, prepare residents for meals, and perform clinical duties like range of motion exercises, ostomy care, and vital signs checks. Maintain a clean environment by completing housekeeping tasks and ensure safety by reporting condition changes immediately to supervisors. Transport children to appointments as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality and observing established policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possesses and maintains current, valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Current, valid driver license
- Proficiency with computer programs and applications
- Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant Certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level

- Prior experience in healthcare (CNA certification preferred but not required)
