Job Summary
Nurse Tech Resource Center delivers quality patient care under RN/Provider supervision, performing basic nursing skills, collects and reports a wide range of patient needs (physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual), ensures timely accurate documentation, supports the development of individualized care plans, maintains patient safety, privacy and confidentiality, and communicates observations to the health care team. The role involves direct patient care under supervision, assisting with unit operations, maintaining a clean environment, and upholding professional and ethical standards. The position is on a part-time night shift (7pm to 7:30am) at Grand Rapids site with comprehensive benefits and a focus on collaborative care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA 90 Days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC 90 Days required
- CRT-Electroencephalographic Technologist, Registered (R.EEG.T) - ABRET 2 Yrs required
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI Upon Hire required
- CRT-Brain Injury Specialist, Certified (CBIS) - ACBIS Upon Hire
- Residential patient care experience in Continuing Care on Kalamazoo Ave Upon Hire
- 2 Years required for CBIS/Brain Injury Specialist role
- Home Care, Hospice, and Residential patient care if driving resident(s) Upon Hire
