Job Summary
Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and meal routines. Communicate resident needs and changes with nurses and the care team while following care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures. Assist with documentation and build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while supporting the mission of helping aging adults regain independence and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska

- Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
- A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
