Job Summary
Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene assistance. Support guests with meals and dining routines while communicating needs and changes directly to nurses and the care team. Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures, and assist with documentation as directed. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and respected.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting
