Job Summary
Provide safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care services under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and Medical Staff. Deliver nursing/patient care assistant duties in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility. Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of relevant experience, with an Associate's degree preferred. Community Memorial Healthcare offers competitive pay ranging from $24.15 to $27.49 per hour, along with shift differentials, a Fidelity 403(b) retirement plan, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Six (6) months of experience performing Nursing/Patient Care Assistant duties in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility (Nurse Tech I), OR Current CA Certified Nurse Assistant certification (Nurse Tech II)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
