Job Summary
Nurse Tech responsibilities include providing quality personal care and daily living support to residents, assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene; supporting meals and daily routines; ensuring residents feel safe and respected; communicating needs to nurses and care teams; following care plans, safety, and infection-control procedures; assisting with documentation and resident support as directed; and building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Requires active Nebraska CNA license; 40-hour Medication Aide class preferred; prior experience with elderly in long-term care or similar settings preferred; must be compassionate, dependable, with strong communication and attention to detail; able to work full-time days and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license in Nebraska
- Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class preferred
- Experience with elderly in long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
