Job Summary
As a Nurse Tech in the Progressive Neurosurgical unit, you will perform nursing care tasks and treatments under the supervision of a nurse, providing vital care to neurosurgery and neurology patients. Responsibilities include bathing, ambulating, and turning patients, assisting with personal hygiene, and performing nursing procedures such as catheterizations and suctioning. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and obtaining Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days. Direct patient care experience is preferred.
