Job Summary
Conduct patient care under RN supervision by taking vitals, checking blood sugars, performing bed baths, ambulating patients, providing wound care, and assisting with catheterization. Collect and report physiological, psychological, and spiritual needs while ensuring accurate, timely documentation. Act as a safety attendant for patients on the 20-bed Med/Surg unit. Work a rotating night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) covering Fridays, Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. High School Diploma or GED required with AHA or ARC BLS certification within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
