Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care on an assigned unit within a national inpatient rehabilitation provider, supervise nursing staff, develop and implement personalized patient care programs and policies, serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitor and manage staff performance, and provide compassionate, tailored care to support patient recovery. Requires current RN licensure; BLS with ACLS to be obtained within one year; CRRN within a year; Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of inpatient experience; prior leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity)
