Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor role leading patient care programs and liaising between administration, nursing management, and staff in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervises nursing care and services on assigned shifts/unit, conducts staff performance discussions, and supports individualized patient recovery through compassionate, team-based leadership. Requires current RN licensure; BLS certification with ACLS within one year of starting; CRRN within a year of eligibility. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and a prior leadership role are preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years)
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with accountability for patient and staff results
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
