Job Summary
Lead nursing care on an inpatient unit, supervise nursing staff across shifts, and drive the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff; monitor and manage staff performance, provide on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and conduct performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients to support successful recovery, celebrating patient victories along the way.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (to be obtained within 1 year)
- CRRN certification (to be obtained within 1 year)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
