Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor role overseeing nursing care on an assigned unit or shift, developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, and ensuring collaboration among administration, nursing management, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital setting experience
- Previous leadership role in nursing (e.g., charge nurse or lead)
