Job Summary
Perform thorough assessments of residents, manage staff on each unit, and coordinate staffing assignments. Provide hands-on nursing care as necessary, oversee new admissions when managers are unavailable, and ensure incidents are investigated and reported correctly. Maintain communication with providers, resident families, and administration while working on-call rotations as needed. Required Qualifications
- Current MA RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License
- 1 years' experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in a Long-Term Care
- BLS Certification required
- Technical/other training or better in Nursing
- Nursing License
