Job Summary
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing staff within the Resident Care Department, assisting with nursing responsibilities, and overseeing the Self-Administered Medication Management (SAMM) Program. Key responsibilities include staff orientation and scheduling, ensuring quality resident care, problem-solving issues related to activities of daily living (ADLs), and effective communication with families and staff. Candidates must possess a current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts, demonstrate leadership experience, and have a strong commitment to quality care for the elderly.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current nurse’s license
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in supervising staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
