Job Summary
Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shifts while delivering direct patient care, collecting data, and reporting pertinent observations. Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment. React appropriately to emergency situations as required. Must be a licensed RN in good standing with one or more years of supervisory experience and hold current CPR certification. Reliable transportation is required.
