Job Summary
Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) provides quality nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies, implementing resident care plans, conducting assessments, coordinating orientation for new nursing staff, and managing medication administration and narcotic records. 12 hour shifts with a sign-on bonus ($5,000) and a starting salary range of $38.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include weekly pay, day-1 benefits, retirement plan, PTO, tuition support for RN/LPN programs, and opportunities for career advancement. Licensure as RN or LPN and related supervisory nursing experience preferred; CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.
Required Qualifications
